Training, seminars and workshops
about mental health
Those who would like to delve deeper into a topic or practice the content in a practical way can do so in a seminar, training, or workshop. All options can be conducted online or in person, and the scope and content can be customized to their individual needs.
Practical training in small or large groups
Training sessions and seminars lasting from half a day to several days offer the opportunity to deepen theoretical knowledge and to practice it in practice.
The focus here is on developing and consolidating a deeper understanding of the practice and its transfer into everyday life using worksheets or exercises – either alone or in small groups.

Theory & practice combined
In seminars, the focus is on the imparting of prepared knowledge by the speaker, while in training, in addition to the presentation of theoretical content, the practical application of the learned knowledge is also practiced.
In a workshop, questions or tasks are usually worked on by the participants or group themselves and are only professionally accompanied by the moderator or workshop leader.

Stress management for those in a hurry – microinputs for everyday life
The goal of this seminar is to understand exactly what stress is, how you can recognize early on that you are under stress, and what your individual stressors are. You will also learn interventions that will help you deal with stressful triggers differently, better, and, above all, healthier.
In this seminar, you will learn more about stress, the body's reactions, initial symptoms and possible subsequent illnesses in many small units, and above all, many small exercises lasting no more than 7 minutes that you can easily integrate into your professional and private life.

Burnout – Recognize signs and take preventive action
If the demands placed on us consistently exceed our physical and mental capabilities, we risk burnout in the long run. Value conflicts, a lack of appreciation, and a lack of meaning are also triggers for burnout.
Young people are increasingly affected and are usually out of action for several months.
A large proportion of those affected do not return to the same job.
This seminar will cover how to recognize the first signs in yourself and others, how to prevent them, and what to do in acute cases.

Individual resilience – powerful through crises
Our world is in a constant and extremely rapid state of change. In order to be able to respond flexibly and powerfully to new challenges, it is important to know your own resources and regularly activate them.
In this seminar, you will gain a better understanding of the seven pillars of resilience in their different forms and practice them using exercises and worksheets so that you can face change processes calmly and resourcefully in the future.
Would you like to increase the sustainability of your events?
Do you have the idea that just one event will quickly fizzle out and you would like to increase your investments?
This is precisely why we have our so-called "Mental Health Breaks" and our "Mental Health Cookies" developed.
These micro-inputs ensure that the topic remains permanently present and the learning effect increases.

"Mental Health Breaks" are crisp live online
Micro-training sessions lasting 20-30 minutes.

"Mental Health Cookies" are small theoretical and practical micro-inputs in newsletter format.

Resource training – specifically activate sources of strength
Success is about having exactly the skills that are in demand at the moment.
In order to work sustainably and effectively, we need permanent access to the skills we have already acquired and a calm and solution-oriented attitude.
The goal is to proactively build up resources and increase individual motivation in order to face times of permanent change management with more mental strength, flexibility and creativity.

Mindfulness – achieve your goal faster by slowing down
We Writing during a video call, talking on the phone while driving, eating while watching TV. Doing many things at once seems to be more productive.
Scientifically speaking, however, it is often the cause of declining performance and stress, even leading to physical symptoms. We'll show you how you can use mindfulness to train your focus and thus not only become healthier but also more effective at your tasks.d in thisSeminar discussed theoretically and practiced practically.

Healthy sleep – the super resource for a successful day
Is the ScWhen we get enough rest, we feel fit and energetic. But who hasn't experienced this: if our sleep is too short or disturbed, we're barely able to function the next day – we're tired, have trouble concentrating, and are irritable.
Especially during deep sleep, important bodily processes are not only carried out, but the events of the day are also mentally processed. It is therefore one of the most important pillars of health and good performance.
In this seminar with theoretical and practical content, you will learn exactly why sleep is important, how we can influence it positively and thus avoid problems falling asleep and staying asleep.
We also offer some of our seminars and workshops in English.
English is now the corporate language, especially in larger corporations and universities, which is why we also offer a selection of our seminars and workshops in English.
Some of our trainers are fluent in English due to their many years of experience in large companies and/or extended stays abroad.

Why do they do that?! – learn to understand yourself and others better
Every action serves to fulfill needs; unpleasant emotions are indications of unfulfilled needs such as anger or tiredness, while pleasant emotions are indications of fulfilled needs and lived values.
People are either highly motivated or blocked when it comes to achieving their goals.
A better understanding of one's own motives and those of the other person avoids conflicts and ensures a more harmonious working relationship overall.

The wonderful world of emotions – recognizing and resolving emotional blockages
Clear vision, perceived barriers – that's probably how you describe it when we sometimes can't overcome our own fears or our emotions are on a rollercoaster. We're nervous during presentations, we're at a loss for words, or our self-esteem is at rock bottom.
The content of this seminar is to better understand emotions and their signals, to detect blocking emotions, beliefs and values and to resolve them in a targeted manner.

First aid for anxiety and depression
According to a recent international meta-study from July 2020, anxiety disorders and depression have increased by over 25% since the beginning of the pandemic. Getting a place with a mental health professional with statutory health insurance coverage is almost impossible.
So what should you do if you're affected? In this workshop, you'll receive important background information about the development of anxiety and depression, as well as numerous small emergency interventions that can help you with current challenges and are easy to integrate into your daily life.
Do you need keynote speeches for your managers?
Your managers are pillars of the company. They also play a significant role in the mental health of all employees. However, healthy leadership always starts with good self-leadership.
On our separate page on the topic "Healthy Leadership & Healthy Managers" you will find exciting keynote speeches and seminars or workshops for the most important employees in your company.

Setting better boundaries – needs and values as indicators
In our patterns of perception, thought and behavior, we humans follow the basic neurobiological motives and the values that we consider pleasant and desirable in our lives.
However, these individual goals are not always in line with those of our fellow human beings, which can lead to misunderstandings or even conflicts.
Especially in contact with customers or suppliers, expectations about the scope, quality and timeframe of the service or respectful interaction with one another are not always consistent.
In this seminar, we will work in small groups to explore personal motives and values and practice clearly distinguishing our own expectations from those of others. Together, we will develop appreciative phrases that authentically connect a "NO" to others with a "YES" to ourselves.
Finally, you will learn short interventions for emotion regulation and self-care exercises.

From conflict management to de-escalation
Conflicts between people can have many causes and, above all, develop different dynamics.
Employees are increasingly exposed to challenging situations, especially in customer contact or in vulnerable departments such as complaint management.
In this seminar you will learn about typical triggers for conflict potential and the different development phases of conflicts, as well as direct and indirect measures to avoid or manage them.
If intrapersonal disputes cannot be calmed down promptly, they can escalate into loud or physical violence, which can be stressful not only psychologically but also physically.
In order to be well prepared for such situations, the first step is to work in small groups to develop suitable formulations and strategies for you in order to avoid conflicts at an early stage or to resolve them quickly.
If the conflict escalates due to aggressive or hostile words or actions, you will then train appropriate de-escalation measures in the second step and receive possible solutions for emergencies.

Communicate appreciatively and in line with needs
"Thank you very much," "That's a great presentation," or "You are a great asset to our team" – even small words from superiors or colleagues activate our reward system and motivate us to become even better and to develop further.
In German offices, however, praise is given far too rarely, true to the motto: no criticism is praise enough.
Appreciation can occur on many levels and doesn't have to be expensive or time-consuming. However, if practiced consistently, it increases performance and employee loyalty.
Appreciation as an actively practiced feedback and error culture not only promotes further development, but also the feeling of quality of life and meaning and thus has a positive effect on health.
However, appreciation is not a one-way street and does not only work from top to bottom; managers are also human beings and want the results of their work to be appreciated.
In this seminar, you will learn the basics of human needs and ideas of active appreciation, and work in small groups to develop creative approaches and formulations of authentic recognition.
