Trainings/ Workshops

Micro-Training

Individual "Mental Health Days" either online or in person can give your employees a good introduction and overview of the world of mental health.

Health weeks
On a total of five weekdays, you will receive as part of our open health week – the "Mental Health Week" – a concentrated load of input on mental health.

Individual stress measurements lasting approximately 15 minutes per person are an ideal addition to on-site keynote speeches or a full-day offering for a health day.
You can also provide information about the status quo and the changes after completion of personal coaching sessions.

Coaching
If employees are acutely affected, emergency support or individual coaching can be a good solution. Especially during periods of high stress, we have effective solutions to counteract acute stress reactions and train healthy coping skills.
We also offer many of our lectures and seminars in English.
English is now part of the corporate language – especially among international corporations and universities – which is why we also offer a selection of our lectures and seminars in English.
Some of our trainers are fluent in English due to their many years of experience in large companies and/or extended stays abroad.

In this 8-hour training course to become a "Mental health first aid for companies" you will receive an overview of the most important mental disorders, simple and effective methods for rapid relief as well as valuable tips for acute emergencies.

Why is mental health
actually so important?
The human brain has two functions:
It stores important information in the cerebral cortex with the goal of making the most accurate predictions possible. Furthermore, the brain serves as the control center for all body systems, such as the respiratory system, cardiovascular system, and immune system.
But what if the brain, the most important organ in the human body, loses its natural balance?
As in the entire body, disorders can also occur in the brain, which can lead to symptoms such as overexertion, concentration and memory problems, irritability and even anxiety disorders or depression.
In addition, impaired brain regulation can also lead to physical symptoms such as sleep disorders, muscle pain, chronic inflammatory processes, and even burnout, heart attack, stroke, and sudden hearing loss.
Maintaining and promoting mental health and preventing mental disorders therefore depends on the following factors:
- Cognitive flexibility and problem-solving skills
- Powerful handling of changes and uncertainties (VUCA)
- Regulatory ability of mental and holistic body processes (homeostasis)
