Keynote speeches and seminars/workshops
for managers and teams
As the interface between individual teams and management, managers are among the most important pillars of the company. Good managers not only do good work, they are good role models, supporting and motivating their team and fostering the further development of each individual employee's skills.
In addition to their professional expertise, managers need emotional intelligence and resilience in order to consistently deliver good performance and to lead a team effectively.
In the context of healthy leadership, they are role models for their employees and take good care not only of themselves but also of others by promoting healthy attitudes and skills.

"Be the change you wish to see in the world."
Mahatma Gandhi

Quiet Quitting
Increasingly, managers are overburdened, lose motivation and purpose, or are poor role models due to the prevailing circumstances.
Surveys often reveal that employees criticize leadership styles, communication, and a lack of appreciation, and these issues are frequently cited as reasons for leaving the company.
Therefore, it is a good decision for companies to strengthen managers not only in their required technical knowledge, but also in their soft skills.

Leadership – a culture of cooperation
Becoming or being a leader presents most people with challenges they are (still) unfamiliar with from their original position or role.
We provide aspiring and active managers with an overview of the tasks of a manager, the different leadership styles that exist, the competencies that are absolutely necessary, and above all, how to train them.

Leadership begins with self-leadership
Leaders are not only responsible for the development of their team with its diverse individuals, they are primarily role models – what they exemplify defines the framework for the entire team.
Healthy self-leadership begins with self-management, mental health, and communication, primarily with oneself. Empathetic listening, transparent communication, and acting with integrity are further important building blocks of healthy leadership.

Self-reflection for leaders
Managers are often promoted from within existing teams – not least because they have done a good job.
In the new position and thus a new role, it is therefore important to have a good sense of one's standing in the team, which skills and talents can be used profitably, what and when to delegate, which leadership style is authentic, and which communication is effective and reaches the right person.
Would you like to increase the sustainability of your events?
Do you believe that a single event will quickly fizzle out and you want to increase your investments?
That is precisely why we have our so-called "Mental Health Breaks" and our"Mental Health Cookies" developed.
These micro-inputs ensure that the topic remains present and the learning effect increases.

Mental Health Breaks are concise online micro-training sessions lasting 45 minutes.

“Mental Health Cookies” are small theoretical and practical micro-inputs in newsletter format.

The resilient leader – strong through crises
Learning to understand yourself and others better, having suitable and effective tools for self-regulation at your disposal, and a well-stocked toolbox for building resources are a good basis for maintaining or regaining perspective and composure even under challenging conditions.
Resilient communication with yourself and others rounds off these skills, enabling managers to be in a good mental state before, during, and after crises.

Healthy Leadership –
Positive Leadership
Modern working environments have changed—new ways of working, digitalization, and work intensification characterize our everyday working lives. It is not only important to optimize processes, but also to maintain and promote the mental health of employees.
Strengthening strengths, a culture of appreciative feedback, mistakes, and breaks, and acting in line with values are important building blocks for greater well-being and motivation for each individual.

Neuroleadership – leading in a brain-friendly way
Every person is different – and that's a good thing. Nevertheless, there are clever and simple models that enable leaders and their teams to recognize the individual needs, values, and motivations of each person more quickly, in order to act and communicate more effectively.
Facial expressions, gestures and language are valuable indicators and tools for motivating individuals more effectively and making teams more effective.

Leadership in the room of values
A key aspect that people use to guide their thinking, feeling, and actions is their personal values.
Individual characteristics give rise to motives and patterns that can be structured based on the four basic neurological motives of humans. Being aware of one's own values and those of the individual within the team fosters clearer and more focused communication and smoother collaboration.

Team-Resilience
To calmly lead and motivate teams in challenging times of poly-crises and constant change management, a common goal, mutual understanding and appreciation are needed.
Team resilience therefore not only focuses on the individual level of resilience training, but also takes into account topics such as personality types, value systems and stressors in order to make processes and communication more comprehensible and goal-oriented.

Female Leadership
Women in leadership positions and on boards are on the rise - gender equality brings many opportunities, as women are often at least as well educated as men and are also considered more empathetic, team-oriented and better communicators.
Balancing family and career, cultural barriers, and self-doubt can prevent women from reaching their full potential. We'll explore how you can better achieve this in this article.
We also offer some of our lectures and training courses in English.

Leading with purpose – clarifying overarching goals
In a society where basic needs are met as a matter of course and the results of work often remain invisible to the creator, values such as meaning and self-efficacy play a central role.
Knowing and pursuing the overarching goal and being able to make a valuable contribution to this society through one's own performance are currently becoming more important than salary or promotion.

Resilient Communication
Treating yourself and others with respect and as equals creates space for cooperation and growth. How managers and teams create good conditions, become good listeners, ask targeted questions, formulate carefully, and thus create good connections are the content and foundations of resilient communication.
A culture of sharing transparent, complete, and appreciative information is a good basis for motivation and effectiveness.

Dealing with colleagues suffering from mental health issues
The first symptoms of mental health issues, such as difficulty concentrating or sleeping, are rarely noticed by outsiders—but if they manifest themselves in irritability, frequent mistakes, or even absenteeism, it is advisable to address these visible changes at an early stage.
But what are the right words to use without offending colleagues? What is the best attitude and context for this? And if support is needed, what are the next steps?
We will answer all these questions in this keynote speech.
Would you like to increase the sustainability of your events?
Do you believe that a single keynote speech or workshop will quickly lose its impact and you want to increase the sustainability of your investments?
That is precisely why we have our so-called "Mental Health Breaks" developed.
These micro-inputs, lasting 30-45 minutes, are short online sessions with theory and small exercises, distributed over a period of several weeks or months to ensure that the topic remains present and the learning effect increases.

Mastering employee performance reviews with confidence
Not only regular staff meetings, but also discussions about sensitive topics such as feedback, absences or sick days are part of a manager's daily routine.
Being able to act empathetically, respectfully and in a solution-oriented manner, even in critical situations, not only with the other person but also with oneself, is the basis for trusting and results-oriented communication.

Conducting absence interviews successfully
The causes of absenteeism in companies can have very different backgrounds.
Whether someone is actually chronically ill, personal issues are relevant, or a lack of loyalty is the cause—in each individual case, it makes sense to seek a personal conversation and work out solution-oriented options together.
Employees who feel seen and valued return to their workplace more often and more quickly.

Preventing and addressing bullying
Bullying is more widespread than you might think – it is estimated that one in ten adults has experience with chronic conflicts in their working life.
This workplace "war" is not only unpleasant for the targeted individual, but it also damages the collaboration of the affected team, including management. Motivation, performance, and loyalty suffer, ultimately harming the entire company.
Learn how bullying is defined, how to recognize bullying in yourself and others, what consequences bullying can have, and everything you can do about it.

Generational conflicts – from baby boomers to Gen Z
Up to five different generations currently work in companies—and baby boomers and Generation X have very different needs and values than Generations Y, Z, Alpha, and Glass. This often leads to communication problems or even internal conflicts.
A better understanding of the basic human needs of the different generations and a look at the sometimes polarizing value systems can help us to understand ourselves and others better, communicate in a more appreciative way, and thus avoid friction.

Conflict management for managers
Friction arises wherever people come together. Different positions, perspectives, values, or expectations can potentially lead to conflicts.
In this context, it is important to be able to recognize initial points of contention more quickly, develop solutions, and de-escalate effectively. The issue of bullying is also an important one in this context and must be actively addressed.

Reading faces – recognizing emotions
Scientific studies prove that facial expressions are the most important and, above all, most reliable source of information about human emotions.
Our facial expressions therefore give us clues as to whether the person opposite us is feeling joy, fear, sadness or anger.
For managers, especially in the context of mental health, it is an important skill to correctly assess the emotional state of employees in order to increase motivation and avoid mental disorders.
