Stress management for busy people – micro-inputs for everyday life



Ziel dieses Seminars ist zu verstehen, was Stress genau ist, woran Sie frühzeitig erkennen können, dass Sie im Stress sind und welche Ihre individuellen Stressoren sind. Zudem erlernen Sie Interventionen, wie Sie mit belastenden Auslösern anders, besser und vor allem gesünder umgehen können. 


In diesem Seminar lernen Sie in vielen kleinen Einheiten mehr über das Thema Stress, die Reaktionen des Körpers, erste Symptome und mögliche Folgeerkrankungen und vor allem viele kleine Übungen mit einem Zeitaufwand von max. 7 Minuten, die Sie gut in ihren beruflichen und privaten Alltag integrieren können.

Burnout – Anzeichen erkennen und präventiv handeln

If the demands placed on us consistently exceed our physical and mental capabilities, burnout is a long-term risk. Value conflicts, lack of appreciation, and a lack of purpose are also triggers for burnout.

Increasingly, young people are also affected and are usually absent for several months.


A large proportion of those affected do not return to the same workplace.
This seminar will cover how to recognize the first signs in yourself and others, how to prevent the disease, and what to do in acute cases.


Individual resilience – powerfully through crises

The content of this seminar is to better understand emotions and their indicators, to identify blocking emotions, beliefs and values, and to specifically resolve them.

Setting better boundaries – needs and values as indicators

In our perception, thought and behavior patterns, we humans follow the basic neurobiological motives and values that we consider pleasant and desirable in our lives.
However, these individual goals are not always in line with those of our fellow human beings, so misunderstandings or even conflicts can arise.

Especially in dealings with customers or suppliers, expectations regarding the scope, quality and timeframe of the service or a respectful interaction are not always consistent.


In this seminar, we will work in small groups to explore personal motivations and values and practice clearly distinguishing our own expectations from those of others. Together, we will develop appreciative phrases that authentically combine a "NO" to others with a "YES" to ourselves.

Finally, you will learn about short interventions for emotion regulation and exercises for self-care.

From conflict management to de-escalation


Conflicts between people can have many causes and, above all, develop different dynamics.
Employees, especially those in customer-facing roles or in vulnerable departments such as complaint management, are increasingly exposed to challenging situations.


In this seminar you will learn about typical triggers for conflict potential and the different development phases of conflicts, as well as direct and indirect measures for avoidance or resolution.

If intrapersonal conflicts cannot be defused promptly, they can escalate into loud or even physical confrontations, which can be not only psychologically but also physically stressful.


To be well prepared for such situations, as a first step, work in small groups to develop suitable formulations and strategies to avoid conflicts early on or to resolve them quickly.

If the conflict escalates due to abusive or hostile words or actions, in the second step you will train in suitable de-escalation measures and receive solutions for emergencies.

"Thank you very much", "That's a great presentation" or "You are a great asset to our team" – even small words from superiors or colleagues activate our reward system and motivate us to become even better and to develop further.
In German offices, however, praise is given far too rarely, true to the motto: no criticism is praise enough.

Appreciation can take place on many levels and doesn't have to be expensive or time-consuming. However, when consistently practiced, it increases performance and employee retention.

Appreciation as an actively practiced feedback and error culture not only promotes further development, but also the feeling of quality of life and meaning, and thus has a positive effect on health.


However, appreciation is not a one-way street and does not only work from top to bottom; managers are also human and want the results of their work to be appreciated.
