What is "Mental Health Week"?
To mark the annual "World Mental Health Day" on October 10th, we are presenting a whole series of
Health Week From Monday to Friday during core working hours, entertaining keynote speeches and concise micro-trainings with exciting topics related to mental health in the workplace.
Our health week is "open", meaning that several employers or organizations can participate simultaneously, making the product extremely attractive in terms of price.

five days We will conduct with 11 speakers full
36 impulses all about mental and psychological health with a total of 11 competent speakers

via video conference.
The primarily theoretical keynote speeches and practical micro-trainings are complemented by exciting interviews.

Technische Voraussetzungen
To participate in our online health week, all you need is a digital device such as a mobile phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer, an internet browser and a stable internet connection with at least 6 Mbps.
Online-Impulsvorträge
In knackigen Online-Impulsvorträgen mit einer Länge von 30 Minuten zzgl. Fragerunde/Diskussion erhalten Ihre Mitarbeitenden die Gelegenheit, sich einen guten Überblick über ein bestimmtes Thema zu verschaffen.
Fragen können entweder über den F&A-Bereich gestellt oder nach dem Vortrag (je nach Gruppengröße) per Mikrofon gestellt werden.
Online micro-trainings
Zu drei festen Uhrzeiten - bevor wir starten, in der Mittagspause und zum Feierabend – bieten wir Ihnen die Gelegenheit mit uns praktisch zu üben.
Ob Übungen um das Gehirn in Schwung zu bringen oder Übungen für mehr Gelassenheit – wir laden Sie ein, einfach mal mitzumachen.
Interviews
As part of our interviews with our trainers and other exciting guests, we bring you interesting topics in the form of a "video podcast".
This format is particularly suitable for those who want to engage with the content on the side or while on the go.

The basic measurement takes one minute and each participant receives an evaluation at the end of the measurement either as a printout or as a PDF via email.
