Mikro-Trainings oder Micro-Learnings sind kurze Lerneinheiten mit einer Dauer von ca. 45 Minuten, die in der Regel in einem Abstand von zwei bis vier Wochen durchgeführt werden – das kann zum Start in den Tag, in der Frühstücks- oder Mittagspause oder auch zum Feierabend sein.
Die Durchführung erfolgt online per Video-Konferenztool (z.B. Teams, Zoom o.ä.) oder als Video on demand in unserem eLearning-Portal.
Wir bieten dieses Format für unsere Kunden entweder als Anschlusstraining an einen Impulsvortrag oder nach Absprache als Einzelprodukt an. Die Gruppengröße ist unbegrenzt und damit für alle Mitarbeiter:innen im Unternehmen verfügbar.

Wissenschaftliche Studien zeigen, dass bei vielen Menschen die Aufmerksamkeitsspanne bereits nach ca. 20 Minuten stark abfällt. Impulse von Mikro-Trainings haben daher einen optimalen Lerneffekt, da sie gehirngerecht aufbereitet sind und die Teilnehmenden aufgrund des kurzen Zeitraumes alle Inhalte aufnehmen und verarbeiten können. Sie lassen sich gut in den Alltag integrieren und praktische Einheiten können sofort umgesetzt werden.
Durch die längere Laufzeit bleibt das Thema dauerhaft präsent und die Wirksamkeit der Inhalte steigt.
