Our individual coaching sessions offer space to work through individual topics or to develop personally in specific areas.
This can be done in person, online, via e-learning, or as blended learning. The topics are also very diverse.

Coaching process
In the initial consultation, we first clarify the specific needs and goals of the coaching together and select a suitable coach.
In the next step, we will jointly develop the structure and ideas for the topics, content, and formats of subsequent sessions in order to achieve success as quickly as possible. It is important to us that the content of each session is effective and can be integrated into everyday life as easily as possible.
During the sessions, the set and achieved goals and formats are constantly reviewed and rescaled to provide you with the best possible support.
Career Coaching
In our professional lives, we are frequently faced with challenges and changes. Be it an internal restructuring, a change of position within the company, such as a promotion to a management role, or a move to a new company – new jobs often require new skills.
Business coaching can give you more clarity about your own skills and potential, and above all, strengthen and expand them in a targeted way.

Stressmessung – HRV
In individual on-site coaching sessions, the current workload can also be measured by measuring the so-called heart rate variability.
This ECG-compatible measuring device, which is also used in neurology, can measure both the current status and, above all, the current reaction speed of our so-called "parasympathetic nervous system" – this network of nerves is responsible for relaxation and regeneration in the body and is thus, so to speak, our mental braking system.
If our internal brakes don't work well, it is no longer possible for us to relax on a physiological level, and important regeneration processes can no longer take place in the body.
Chronic stress can lead to impaired concentration and memory, increased irritability and sleep disorders, and even to heart attack or stroke.

Executive FiRE Index
Our trainers Bettina Tittel and Birgit Schwinn are "Certified Practitioner of Executive FiRE Index", the Executive FiRE model of resilience of "Leadership Choices".
The acronym FiRE stands for "Factors increasing Resilience Effectiveness®"and is an analytical tool that visualizes the factors with a positive influence on human resilience in a graphic and makes recommendations for action."
According to current scientific understanding, resilience is approximately 50% innate, while the remaining 50% consists of skills and competencies that can be trained.
This scientifically based inventory, consisting of a 28-page questionnaire with approximately 100 questions, provides you with an overview of the current state of your resilience in your area of responsibility. Traits (personality traits), your Habits (learned behavior) and your States (current level of life satisfaction).
The index can be used for individuals/managers or entire teams and, when administered twice, documents the development process.
