Alexandre Friedrich

Born in 1996

With my successfully completed Master of Science in Psychology and due to my own history as a trans man and my family and friends with various disabilities, diversity and inclusion are important topics for me, for which I would like to create more awareness, openness and social acceptance in my work.

In the context of mental health, I would like to support people who are currently in their personal orientation phase in finding themselves, their position in society as well as their place in the working world – and I would also like to encourage teams and organizations to address this topic with an attitude of acceptance and appreciation.

With a culture of openness and empathy, we create more diversity, more inspiration and more innovation through diversity.
