Nach Ihrem Lehramts-Studium und dem anschließenden Referendariat entschließt sich Dörthe Engelhardt für die Erwachsenenbildung und ergänzt mit Fortbildungen im Bereich der Personalentwicklung und systemischen Beratung Ihr Portfolio.

Im Verlauf der Selbstständigkeit folgen eine Vielzahl von Fortbildungen rund um die Themen der mentalen Gesundheit für Individuen, Teams und Unternehmen mit den Schwerpunkten der Resilienz, emotionaler Intelligenz und der gesunden Führung.
