Thorsten Blaufelder is a specialist lawyer for employment law and advises employers, works councils/staff councils, and representatives of severely disabled employees on collective employment law. He also works as a business mediator and business coach, facilitating internal workplace conflicts.

He is also a certified work ability coach® and an expert in the field of workplace reintegration management (BEM).

In a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment, he sees it as a significant and fulfilling task as a resilience trainer to support people in strengthening their psychological resilience and thus being able to deal constructively and flexibly with problems, stress and crises.

His mission is to contribute to a healthy work culture in an increasingly complex world.
